I want to say a big thank you to the staff for serving some amazing razor fish. There was a lovely complimentary tomato bruschetta, a delightful touch. Thank you for that! The staff were extremely friendly and so attentive, they couldn’t do enough for their guests. They spoke excellent English too and made us feel so welcome. There was a little mixup with the French fries. They were very apologetic and made efforts to rectify it (these things happen!). They dealt with it superbly. Extremely good value for money and superb food. I couldn’t give 5/5 stars on service, because of the mixup with the fries and also, the toilet was out of action during our visit too, as it was flooded and a pipe was blocking the door. But, these things do happen, and It didn’t spoil our visit at all and I look forward to returning very soon!

Very worth the drive into Carini, especially if you are staying near the coast where there are a lot more ‘touristy’ restaurants. Fresh pasta here was incredible. Service was kind, patient, and attentive, and the restaurant itself is lovely. They are new so they don’t have thousands of reviews, but take time to visit, you won’t be disappointed. Value for money was also top notch. Only thing that would have made it better is if they had a baby chair.

This friendly, charming restaurant was absolutely delightful. I enjoyed the best caponata I’ve ever tasted. The seafood risotto and the pasta dish with pistachios was creamy and satisfying with every al dente bite. The most delicious tiramisu I’ve eaten in my life was a perfect finishing touch.

Delicious food, great vibe – definitely coming back! I came to Cillù in Carini after a recommendation from some local friends, and it was one of the best meals I had during my trip. It’s a cozy spot with a really nice atmosphere, it feels genuine and welcoming. The waiter Jonny was amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and really added to the experience. You can tell he enjoys what he does. I had the seafood salad to start, which was super fresh and flavorful. Then I tried the busiate al pistacchio… wow. Just wow. Creamy, rich, but not too heavy—absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and homemade, and the service was quick but relaxed. Definitely a little gem. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
